1. Dr. Dominic Bray
Dominic graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of London in 1999 having trained at the Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine.
He is fully registered with the General Medical Council (no. 4652102), a member of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery, an international member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh having passed the UK intercollegiate board exit examination in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck surgery.
He undertook higher specialist training in Otolaryngology, Head and neck surgery in London and sub-specialised in facial plastic surgery, with a research interest in facial reanimation following facial paralysis.
He has authored and published over 25 peer reviewed medical papers and written 2 textbook chapters on facial aesthetic surgery and is an invited reviewer of manuscripts submitted to the Archives of Facial Plastic Surgery, North American Journal of Medical sciences, Clinical Otolaryngology, Journal of Laryngology and Otology and Clinical, Cosmetic and Investigational Dermatology.
Having scored highly in the intercollegiate board exit examination in Head and neck surgery and whilst conducting post-fellowship research into facial paralysis at the Harvard affiliated Facial Nerve centre in Boston USA, life threw him an ironic curveball. He awoke one morning with facial paralysis himself having had a stroke caused by an undiagnosed hole in the heart. Determined in adversity and between investigations and treatment, he completed his research before returning to London.
His research was published in the Archives of Facial Plastic Surgery and whilst still recovering his speech in 2010 he presented it to the Royal Society of Medicine winning the Royal Society of Medicine ENTEX research prize. The research set the standard for facial reanimation outcome reporting and the software was given to all delegates at the 12th global symposium on facial nerve surgery following a world expert panel consensus to standardise surgical outcome reporting.
He then took time out to focus 100% on physical recovery, starting Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to regain full strength on the left side of his body. With characteristic focus, he has competed and medalled at every British National Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Championships in his age, belt and weight class since.
After complete rehabilitation, in 2012 he chose not to apply for an NHS consultant job. With intercollegiate board certification in Otolaryngology, Head and neck surgery and a decade of post graduate specialist surgical training he entered facial plastic surgery private practice.
With consistent results, a growing reputation, and a global referral base, his work as a facelift specialist started to be recognised internationally. In 2016 he was honoured to be the first UK facial plastic surgeon invited to sit on an expert panel to discuss management of facelift complications at the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery annual meeting.
He has since returned to the US annually to present his facelift work, as speaker, moderator and faculty and share ideas with and learn from the best in the world.
Uniquely positioned, he sits on the Medical Advisory board made up of leading medical professionals for Facial Palsy UK a national registered charity supporting people with facial paralysis and actively supports the charity clinically and financially.
Today he continues to restore confidence and visibility in his patients one face at a time, with one of the busiest facelift and revision facelift practices in the UK he performs over 130 deep plane face and neck lifts a year, a significant proportion of which are patients referred for revision surgery.
In 2019 he was invited to author the chapter on Face and Neck lift surgery in Best-in-class Surgeons: Procedures and outcomes with some of the best surgeons in the field.
He is married with two sons and a daughter.
2. Assoc. Prof. Tunç Tiryaki

As a Clinical Associate Professor, Dr. Tiryaki is also passionate about imparting his knowledge to other doctors. In addition to instigating fellowship and observership programmes for young surgeons, he leads personal courses on face-lifting and chairs the London Regenerative Plastic Surgery Meeting. Dr. Tiryaki is the Chair of Humanitarian Programmes of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS).
He co-founded the ISPEA-LEAP Disaster Relief Teams, which lead emergency rescue reconstructive surgery missions to earthquake-stricken corners of the globe. Furthermore, as a participant of Interplast Cleft Missions, he has travelled to Kazakhstan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Syria, Sudan, and Jordan to administer life-changing surgeries for patients in need.

3. Mr Rajiv Grover
Rajiv Grover is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon and former President of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS). He specialises exclusively in Facelifting and Facial Surgery. His approach is personal, compassionate, and honest with an emphasis on delivering safe, natural, and artistic results. Educated in London and Harvard, he is a Consultant at The London Clinic and The King Edward VII Hospitals which are renowned for providing medical services to the Royal Family. He performs all surgery within the safety of these Hospitals. Rajiv is a Hunterian Professor at The Royal College of Surgeons and runs a Private Practice based in Harley Street.
Rajiv grew up in Staffordshire where he was educated and took 14 O-Levels and 5 A-Levels from a State Comprehensive School. After achieving the highest A-Level results in Staffordshire and representing the County in athletics he was awarded The Lord Hatherton Memorial Scholarship which covered his medical education at St Bartholomew’s Hospital in London where he had always dreamt of studying. St Barts is the oldest hospital and medical school in the UK founded in 1123 and now over 900 years old. It was the medical school where the founder of Plastic Surgery, Sir Harold Gillies himself was educated.
Rajiv graduated in Medicine with Honours from St Bartholomew’s Hospital and a Triple Distinction from London University. He later became a Fellow of The Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) having been awarded the Hallett Prize and Gold Medal for the highest score in the United Kingdom. During his training he was awarded a scholarship from the Royal College of Surgeons in Facial Plastic Surgery to Harvard Medical School in Boston, USA. Rajiv is on the GMC’s Specialist Register for Plastic Surgery (Registration Number 3333666)
Rajiv is recognized for his ability to provide a natural look by combining artistry with his Facelift technique. For his research into Leonardo da Vinci’s depiction of natural beauty and its application to Facelift Surgery he was awarded a Guggenheim Professorship at the Louvre in Paris. Rajiv also collaborated with Alexander McQueen to develop the concept of Facelift Couture which uses a roadmap based on younger photographs of his patients to guide surgery and keep them looking like themselves.

For his work on improving safety in the field of Facelifting he was awarded the Hackett Memorial Prize by the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) and also the Mentor Prize for the most significant scientific publication in the field of Facelift Surgery.

4. Mr Lucian Ion
Having gained his specialist degree through training in plastic surgery at central London hospitals, Mr Ion has worked at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital as well as in private practice. Since 2012, he has retired from NHS practice and dedicated his focus to aesthetic surgery and medicine interventions.
Mr Ion has a keen interest in the advancements technology brings to medical and surgical development. As the current president of the British Society of Rhinoplasty Surgeons, he has initiated a training course in technology-assisted rhinoplasty to share knowledge and expertise in this field.
Furthermore, he has developed evaluation and management protocols for facial and neck contouring and rejuvenation, utilising 3D imaging to provide both qualitative and quantitative assessments of the face and neck shape.

5. Mr Ertan Erel
Mr Ertan Erel is a Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, University Hospitals of North Midlands. He is the clinical lead in breast reconstruction at UHNM.
He graduated from Aegean University, Izmir, Turkey and worked in the Turkish National Health Service before moving to UK. He completed his junior surgical training in East Yorkshire. He has performed a year of full-time research within the field of plastic surgery and was awarded the degree of Master of Science by the University College London.He has completed his plastic surgery training in West Midlands Region.
His fellowships include cosmetic surgery in Istanbul and microsurgery in Gent, Izmir and Cambridge.His special interests include breast reconstruction, with particular emphasis on perforator free flap (DIEP flap) in the microsurgical reconstruction of the breast, rhinoplasty (complex) and skin cancer.He has extensive research portfolio, having published 26 papers in peer reviewed journals and 50 presentations at both national and international meetings. Mr Erel is a member of the editorial board for the Turkish Plastic Surgery Journal.
Mr Erel’s interests include all aspects of aesthetic facial, breast (enlargement, reduction, uplift) and body contouring (abdominoplasty/liposuction) surgery.
