Prof. Dr. Tuncay Özçelik graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine. After completing his compulsory service, he began his residency in 1987 at the Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Clinic of Hacettepe University and received the title of specialist in Ear, Nose and Throat Diseases and Head and Neck Surgery in 1991.

He later started working at the ENT Clinic of Ankara Bayındır Hospital and continues his professional practice both at Bayındır Hospital and at his private clinic in Ankara.

During his education and professional career, he received advanced training at several international centers: 1995 University of Wisconsin (USA) – sinus and voice disorders; 1998 Vanderbilt University (USA) – voice disorders; 1999 Brussels (Belgium) and Cologne (Germany) – endoscopic sinus surgery; 2004 Bangkok (Thailand) – advanced endoscopic sinus surgery; 2005 Florence (Italy) – facial plastic surgery; 2007 San Francisco (USA) – balloon sinuplasty; 2013 Singapore and Rome (Italy) – snoring and sleep apnea surgery.

His special areas of interest include functional and aesthetic nose and facial surgery, endoscopic sinus surgery, snoring and sleep apnea surgery, and pediatric ENT diseases.

2. Dr. Sibel Boztaş, MD

Dr. Sibel Boztaş was born in 1979. She began her medical education at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in 1998 and graduated in 2005. After graduation, she started her residency training in Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) and Head and Neck Surgery at Dr. Abdurrahman Yurtarslan Ankara Oncology Hospital.

During her residency, she received advanced training not only in ENT diseases but also in the diagnosis and treatment of head and neck tumors. After completing her training, she fulfilled her compulsory service at Bozüyük State Hospital between 2010 and 2011. She later worked at Ankara Training and Research Hospital between 2011 and 2012, at Eskişehir Acıbadem Hospital between 2012 and 2014, and at Ankara 29 Mayıs State Hospital between 2014 and 2021.

Her areas of interest include aesthetic and functional nasal surgery, sinus diseases and surgery, facial contouring with fillers, pediatric ENT diseases, and head and neck tumors. She is known for her patient-centered approach and her emphasis on disease prevention.

3. Prof. Dr. Oğuz Öğretmenoğlu

After graduating from Ankara Science High School in 1982, he received the İş Bank Award and was admitted to Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine. He completed his medical education at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1988.

Between 1988 and 1992, he completed his residency training in the Department of Ear, Nose and Throat at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine. After his specialization, he continued working in the same department, first as a lecturer and later as an assistant professor.

He became an Associate Professor in 1997 and a Professor in 2004, continuing his academic career in the Department of Ear, Nose and Throat at Hacettepe University. In 2000 and 2003, he was invited to conduct academic studies at several centers in the United States, including Mayo Clinic (Rochester, Minnesota), Stanford Sleep Centre (Palo Alto, California), Settlif Sinus Centre (Sioux Falls, South Dakota), and the Universities of Loyola and Illinois (Chicago).

Within the Department of Ear, Nose and Throat at Hacettepe University, he established the Sleep Apnea–Snoring and Allergic Rhinitis Units.

5. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Cem Özbek

He was born in Ankara in 1967. After graduating from Ankara Atatürk Anatolian High School in 1986, he was admitted the same year to Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine (English Program) and received his Medical Doctor degree in 1992. He completed his residency at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital and continued working at the same hospital as a specialist physician and educator.

In 2010, he was awarded the title of Associate Professor after passing the academic examination at Hacettepe University. Between 2010 and 2012, he served as the Head of the Alanya Department at Başkent University. From 2012 to 2016, he worked at TOBB ETÜ Hospital in Ankara, and between 2016 and 2021, he continued his career at Memorial Ankara Hospital. In 2019, he received the title of Professor of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT).

Since 2000, he has performed more than 1,500 ear surgeries using the cartilage tympanoplasty technique for eardrum repair, and he is considered one of the first surgeons to introduce this method in Turkey. He presented the outcomes of this technique at a national congress in 2005. He has also published several scientific articles in national and international journals on the use of cartilage in eardrum reconstruction.

One of his articles, published in 2009 on cartilage tympanoplasty in pediatric patients, has received more than 100 citations to date. He has authored more than 100 scientific publications in national and international journals, as well as papers presented in national congress proceedings.

He was also part of the team that performed the first cochlear implant (bionic ear) procedure at Numune Hospital in 2005 and successfully carried out nearly 100 such surgeries until leaving the hospital in 2010. Since 2015, he has been among the first physicians in Turkey to apply the coblator plasma technique in adenoid and tonsil surgeries, performing this method successfully in more than 700 patients.

His special areas of interest include vertigo (dizziness), tinnitus, ear surgery (including cholesteatoma), pediatric and adult ENT diseases, adenoid and tonsil surgeries, ear tube procedures, endoscopic septum deviation surgery, endoscopic turbinate hypertrophy surgery, sinus surgery, and parotid tumor surgery.

Since April 2021, he has been providing medical services to his patients at his private clinic in Ankara Çankaya.
