Best ENT Doctors in Istanbul, Turkey

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Osman Halit Çam graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Ankara University in 2006. He completed his specialty training in 2012 at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) at Istanbul Göztepe Training and Research Hospital.

Following his graduation, he worked as a resident doctor at the ENT Clinic of Istanbul Medeniyet University Göztepe Training and Research Hospital between 2006-2012. Between 2012-2013, he served both as an operator physician and as chief physician and hospital administrator at Van Başkale State Hospital.

Between 2013-2014, he worked at Bosphorus Anatomica ENT Medical Center, and between 2014-2016, he served as an operator physician at Private Küçükyalı Delta Hospital. He continued his academic career at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Faculty of Medicine, Başkent University, where he worked as a specialist, lecturer, and assistant professor, and was awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2021.

Since 2023, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Çam has been working within the Acıbadem Healthcare Group. In his clinical practice, he primarily focuses on facial plastic surgery, ear, nose and throat diseases, and head and neck surgery. He is a member of the Facial Plastic Surgery Association, the Turkish Society of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and the European Rhinologic Society.

Among his scientific publications are articles such as “Effect of Video-Based Information on Postoperative Nasal Packing Removal Anxiety” and “A Comparison between Mygind and Kaiteki Positions in Administration of Drops to the Olfactory Cleft.” Dr. Çam continues his active work in both clinical practice and academia.

2. Prof. Dr. Ender İnci

Prof. Dr. Ender İnci graduated from the Istanbul University, Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1992. He completed his specialty training in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at the same faculty between 1992-1996.

He began his academic career as a specialist doctor between 2000-2005, after which he was awarded the title of Associate Professor and served in this role between 2005-2011. Since 2011, he has been working as a Professor at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine.

Prof. Dr. İnci continues to actively provide services through both clinical practice and academic work in the field of ear, nose, and throat diseases.

3. Prof. Dr. Fadlullah Aksoy

Prof. Dr. Fadlullah Aksoy graduated from the Istanbul University, Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1999. In the same year, he began his residency training at the ENT Clinic of Haseki Training and Research Hospital. After completing his specialty training, he worked as a chief resident at the same hospital for 7 years.

In October 2010, he conducted studies for 3 months at the University of Texas Medical School Department of Otorhinolaryngology and MD Anderson Cancer Center. As of December 2010, he joined the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Bezmialem Vakıf University Faculty of Medicine, where he served as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and later Professor.

Prof. Dr. Aksoy is an active member of several scientific organizations, including the Turkish Society of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery, the Facial Plastic Surgery Association, and the Turkish Rhinologic Society. He has also received awards at various national congresses. These include first-place awards for his studies on electromyographic activity of nasal muscles in patients with dynamic nasal valve collapse, and reduced olfactory bulb volume in laryngectomy patients, as well as a second-place best oral presentation award for his study on olfactory function in patients with leprosy.

He has also achieved success in international studies, receiving the Best Presentation Award for the Percutaneous Adjustable Closed Otoplasty (PACO) study and the Middle Ear Award for his research on the thermal effects of cold light sources in otologic surgery.

4. Prof. Dr. Şahin Ulu

Şahin Ulu graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Gazi University in 2001. He completed his specialty training at the Ankara Oncology Training and Research Hospital. In 2006, he worked at the ENT Clinic of Edremit Military Hospital.

In 2011, he began working as an Assistant Professor at Afyon Kocatepe University Faculty of Medicine and was awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2015. In 2020, he was appointed as a Professor at Afyonkarahisar University of Health Sciences Faculty of Medicine. Between 2016-2021, he served as the Head of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Kocatepe University and at Istanbul Bahçeşehir University.

Throughout his 22-year professional and academic career, he has trained more than 2,000 students and residents and has performed over 10,000 surgeries. His areas of interest include rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, oncological surgery, and endoscopic sinus surgery. He also works in areas such as nasal obstruction, septal deviation, sinusitis, and tonsillar diseases.

5. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Çelik

Mustafa Çelik graduated from the Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine and completed his specialty training in Otorhinolaryngology at the Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital ENT Clinic. He worked as a research assistant at the same hospital between 2013-2017.

Between 2018-2020, he served as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Kafkas University Faculty of Medicine. Subsequently, he worked as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Beykent University Faculty of Medicine between January 2020 – May 2021, and as an Associate Professor between May 2021 – July 2021. Since August 2021, he has been continuing his academic career as a faculty member in the Department of Audiology at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Istanbul Gelişim University.

Actively involved in scientific research, Mustafa Çelik has served as a reviewer and editor for international peer-reviewed journals and currently holds an editorial position in the Otorhinolaryngology section of the journal “BMC Surgery.” In his clinical practice, he focuses on facial plastic surgery, rhinoplasty, snoring and sleep apnea surgery, maxillofacial surgery, and head and neck cancers. He continues to provide patient care at his private clinic in accordance with ethical principles.
