Assoc. Prof. Dr. Asım Uslu graduated as the second-ranked student from Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine in 2003. In 2009, he completed his specialization training in the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Akdeniz University.
Between 2010-2011, he served as a physician at Gülhane Military Medical Academy. After completing his compulsory service at Çankırı State Hospital in 2013, he ranked first in the Chief Assistant Examination and was appointed to Antalya Training and Research Hospital.
In 2019, Dr. Uslu was selected as “Physician of the Year” in Antalya, and in 2020, he was awarded the title of Associate Professor. He stands out with his patient-centered approach, scientific studies, and innovative techniques in the field of surgery.

2. Dr. Handan Şimşek Turan, MD
Dr. Handan Şimşek Turan, born in Antalya in 1989, completed her medical education at Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine between 2007-2013. In 2011, she gained international experience by studying for one year at RWTH Aachen University, Germany במסגרת a student exchange program.
In 2014, she began her specialization training at the Ear, Nose, and Throat and Head and Neck Surgery Clinic of Antalya Training and Research Hospital. Two years later, she changed her specialty and continued her training in the Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Clinic of the same hospital. In 2018, she gained advanced surgical experience in eyelid and rhinoplasty procedures as an observer physician at Lavender Clinic in Hanoi, Vietnam.
After completing her specialization training, she fulfilled her mandatory public service obligation for two years at Antalya Training and Research Hospital. Her surgical interests include rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, breast aesthetics, abdominoplasty, and facial contouring procedures.

3. Dr. Kamil Manav, MD
Dr. Kamil MANAV, born in April 1989 in Denizli, completed his undergraduate medical education at Eskişehir Osmangazi University Faculty of Medicine in 2013, graduating as the fifth-ranked student.
After graduation, he worked as a general practitioner at Çal State Hospital, his first place of duty. Between 2015-2020, he completed his specialization training at the Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Clinic of Antalya Training and Research Hospital, during which he performed various operations in the field of aesthetic and reconstructive surgery.
He fulfilled his compulsory service between 2020-2022 at the Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Clinic of Isparta City Hospital, where he carried out numerous different surgical procedures.
In 2022, Dr. Kamil MANAV opened his own clinic in Antalya and offers both aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures as well as non-surgical treatments in his field of expertise. Dr. MANAV aims to achieve natural and aesthetic results through modern surgical approaches.
4. Dr. Sultan Yalçın, MD
Dr. Sultan Yalçın graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine and specializes in the field of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
Within her professional experience, she has worked at Private Antalya Yaşam Hospital, Gümüşhane State Hospital, and Istanbul Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Kartal Training and Research Hospital. During this period, she gained experience in various aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures.
Dr. Yalçın’s surgical areas of interest include nasal deviation (septum deviation), breast aesthetics, abdominoplasty, breast implants and reduction, facelift, facial aesthetics, prominent ear deformity, and localized fat accumulation. She also covers dermatological and aesthetic procedures such as spot (pigmentation) treatments, under-eye dark circles, skin blemishes, hair loss, skin cancer, scar revision, and burn reconstruction.
Dr. Sultan Yalçın aims to provide both functional and aesthetic outcomes to her patients by combining her knowledge and experience in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery with modern surgical techniques.
5. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Tapan
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Tapan was born in Ankara in 1985. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2011 and specialized in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
He began his specialization training at the Plastic Surgery Clinic of Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital, where he participated in reconstructive, hand and microsurgery, as well as aesthetic operations during his residency. During this period, he was involved in the treatment of numerous victims of terrorist attacks and international patients. Between 2012-2017, he completed his training as a plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery resident.
Between 2017-2019, he performed various aesthetic surgeries as part of his compulsory public service at İzmir Bozyaka Training and Research Hospital. In October 2019, he joined the team of Prof. Dr. Ömer Özkan at Akdeniz University Department of Plastic Surgery and took part in the world’s first successful uterus transplantation and Turkey’s first face and bilateral arm transplantations. During this period, he performed numerous plastic and microsurgical operations.
At Akdeniz University, he worked as a lecturer and assistant professor, providing education to plastic surgery residents and medical students. In April 2024, he obtained the European Board Certification in Vienna and earned the title of FEBOBRAS (Fellow of the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery). In October 2024, he applied to the Interuniversity Council and was awarded the title of Associate Professor.
Since January 2024, he has been serving patients in his own private clinic. His surgical areas of interest include aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, microsurgery, and hand surgery. He has also made academic contributions with publications in internationally peer-reviewed journals.
