1. Dr. Mehmet Akif Aksoy, MD
Mehmet Akif Aksoy, born in Ankara in 1987, was admitted to Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine in Erzurum in 2005 and graduated in 2011. In the same year, after successfully passing the Medical Specialty Examination, he began his specialization training at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) at Eskişehir Osmangazi University.
During his residency, he participated in numerous successful surgeries and presented both oral and written papers at national and international meetings. He completed his thesis titled “Investigation of the Effectiveness of Platelet-Rich Plasma Used with Grafts in the Repair of Experimental Tympanic Membrane Perforation” and earned the title of ENT Specialist in June 2016.
As part of his compulsory service, Dr. Mehmet Akif Aksoy was appointed to Gölköy district of Ordu, where he performed more than 500 successful surgeries over two years. In addition to treating many patients, he further developed his expertise in rhinoplasty (cosmetic nose surgery) by participating in operations alongside well-known ENT and plastic surgery specialists.
While working at Gölköy State Hospital, he also contributed to health tourism by performing surgeries on patients coming from both within Turkey and abroad for the first time in the district.
Dr. Mehmet Akif Aksoy performs procedures such as rhinoplasty, prominent ear correction, adenoid and tonsil surgeries, ear surgeries, endoscopic sinus surgeries, and snoring surgeries. He also deals with conditions such as vertigo (dizziness), allergies, upper respiratory tract diseases, and voice disorders, and performs aesthetic procedures such as lip fillers and botox.
He currently provides medical services at his private clinic in Ordu Altınordu.
2. Dr. Bülent Kement, MD
Dr. Bülent Kement, born in Ordu in 1979, began his medical education at Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Medicine in 1996 and graduated in 2002.
Between 2002-2006, he worked at Ordu Kayadibi Health Center and Ordu State Hospital. He then completed his residency training between 2006-2011 at the Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Clinic of Trakya University.
Between 2012-2013, he worked as a plastic surgery specialist at Ordu State Hospital. Since 2013, he has been continuing his work as a plastic surgery specialist at Private Ordu Umut Hospital.
3. Dr. Mürsel Çepni, MD
Dr. Mürsel Çepni, born in Rize in 1973, graduated from Cumhuriyet University Faculty of Medicine in 2000. Between 2000-2005, he worked as a general practitioner in the Pazar district of Rize and at Rize State Hospitals. Between 2002-2003, he completed his military service as a reserve officer in the Başkale district of Van.
Between 2005-2011, he completed his specialization training at the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Cumhuriyet University Faculty of Medicine. Between 2011-2014, he worked as a specialist physician at Amasya State Hospital. In 2014, he was appointed as a faculty member at Amasya University with the title of Assistant Professor.
After working for two years at a private hospital in Afyonkarahisar, Op. Dr. Mürsel Çepni has been providing medical services at his private clinic in Ordu since November 2018.
