Born in 1984 in Ilgın, Konya, Dr. Sezi Ceylan completed her primary education at Konya Gazi Primary School and her secondary and high school education at Konya Karatay Anatolian High School. In 2002, she was admitted to Selçuk University Selçuklu Faculty of Medicine in Konya.
During her medical studies, she decided to specialize in surgery and spent three months at Ghent University in Belgium during her final year, completing a 2-month General Surgery internship and a 1-month Obstetrics and Gynecology internship.
She graduated from medical school in 2008 and began her residency in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Eskişehir Osmangazi University, completing the 5-year program in 2014 to become a certified specialist. She completed her compulsory service at Bursa Yüksek İhtisas Training and Research Hospital and earned the FEBOPRAS certification through the European Board of Plastic Surgery exams.
Married with one daughter, she has been practicing at her own clinic in Bursa Osmangazi since July 2020.
2. Dr. Ali Tufan Soydan, MD
Graduated from Özel Tarsus High School in 1996, Dr. Ali Tufan Soydan entered İstanbul University Faculty of Medicine the same year and obtained his medical degree in 2002.
He began his residency in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital in 2002 and completed his specialist training. During his residency, he contributed to numerous scientific studies published both in Turkey and internationally.
In 2008, he trained in laser therapies and aesthetic surgery at Paces Plastic Surgery clinic in the USA.
In 2009, he passed the European Board examinations organized by EBOPRAS in Belgium and Germany, earning the European Board Certified Plastic Surgeon title.
After completing his compulsory service between 2009-2011, Dr. Soydan has been practicing privately in Bursa Nilüfer since 2011.
3. Dr. Erhan Şafak
Dr. Erhan Şafak, born in 1959, completed his middle and high school education at İstanbul Kadıköy Maarif College. In 1977, he began his medical education at İstanbul University Faculty of Medicine. He also gained experience at the Diabet Hospital in Paris, France, in 1982.
After graduating from İstanbul University in 1983, he completed his compulsory service in Bursa. In 1986, he started his residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine. Between 1987-1988, he trained in microsurgery at Ralph K. Davies Medical Center in San Francisco, USA, under Dr. Harry J. Buncke and obtained a certificate in Hand Surgery and Microsurgery. In 1990, he also trained with the microsurgery team led by Dr. Ayan Gülgönen at İstanbul American Hospital for three months.
Dr. Şafak completed his specialization in 1991 and continued working as a Specialist at the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Uludağ University. He earned the title of Assistant Professor in 1994 and served as one of the faculty members responsible for the Hand Surgery Unit until leaving the university.
In 1996, he left the university and established the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Hand Surgery, and Microsurgery Unit at Özel Bursa Vatan Hospital, performing over 2,000 surgeries within five years.
He has participated in numerous national and international scientific meetings on aesthetic plastic surgery and has multiple publications in the field. Dr. Şafak is proficient in English.
In 1998, he founded ESTEM Aesthetic, Beauty, and Laser Center and continues to serve patients at his private center in Bursa Nilüfer.
4. Dr. Murat Tezcan, MD
Op. Dr. Murat Tezcan was born in 1968 in Balıkesir, Turkey. 
He entered Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1985 and graduated in 1991 with a Medical Doctor degree. The same year, he began his residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Uludağ University.
In 1993, he received a scholarship from the Norwegian Government to study burn treatment at Bergen University Haukeland Hospital. To further develop his expertise in aesthetic surgery, he trained at the Mednet Hospital Group in Cleveland, Ohio, USA. In 1996, he completed additional training in craniofacial surgery at the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department of Ege University Faculty of Medicine.
In 1997, he concluded his service at Uludağ University and joined the Aesthetic, Plastic Surgery, and Hand Surgery Clinic at Bursa Vatan Hospital. In 1998, he traveled to Paris, France, to receive training in mesotherapy.
Dr. Tezcan has numerous national and international publications, is married, and speaks English and Italian.
He currently provides patient care at his private clinic in Bursa Nilüfer.
5. Dr. Alper Bayraktar, MD
Dr. Alper Bayraktar was born in 1976 and graduated from Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine in 1999. In 2000, he began his residency in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at the same university, participating in and performing numerous reconstructive and hand surgery operations during his training.
Following his residency, Dr. Bayraktar continued his career at various private hospitals, performing successful surgeries in his field. He has developed particular expertise in aesthetic breast surgery, rhinoplasty, hand surgery, microsurgery, and maxillofacial/jaw surgery. He currently practices as a Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery Specialist at his private center, Bursa Esthetic Plastic-Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Center.
Dr. Bayraktar has numerous national and international publications and is a member of professional associations including the Turkish Society of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Society, Turkish Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery, Wound Care Association, and EURAPS (European Association of Plastic Surgeons). He is proficient in English.
He currently provides patient care at his private aesthetic center in Bursa Osmangazi.
