1. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Deniz Şimşek
Associate Professor Dr. Deniz Şimşek was born in İzmir in 1986. Between 2004 and 2010, she completed her medical education at Ege University Faculty of Medicine. She then completed her specialization in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Ege University Faculty of Medicine.
After fulfilling her compulsory service at Ahlat State Hospital, she was appointed as a specialist physician at Bursa Yüksek İhtisas Training and Research Hospital in 2019. In 2021, she passed the Chief Assistant examination and became a training physician.
In 2022, she was awarded the title of Associate Professor.
She is fluent in English. Throughout her professional career, she has completed numerous certification programs (including genital aesthetics, laparoscopic surgery, functional medicine, high-risk pregnancy management, infertility, colposcopy, and sexual therapy) and closely follows both national and international publications in her field.
She is currently providing medical services to her patients at Private Bursa Osmangazi Aritmi Hospital.
2. Prof. Dr. Aşkın Yıldız
Prof. Dr. Aşkın Yıldız was born in Sivas in 1968. He graduated as the second-ranked student from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine. He completed his specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology at İzmir Atatürk Training and Research Hospital. After working for many years at Kastamonu State Hospital and İzmir Atatürk Training and Research Hospital, he served as Chief Assistant, Associate Professor, and training physician at İzmir Katip Çelebi University.
He currently continues his academic career as a professor at Istanbul Okan University.
His areas of interest include advanced surgery (hysteroscopy and laparoscopy), urogynecology and incontinence, pregnancy and perinatal care, infertility, gynecologic oncology, family planning, menopause, and menstrual disorders & PCOS. He has over 120 scientific publications and numerous congress presentations.
In addition to his academic duties in Istanbul, he also sees patients by appointment at his private clinic in İzmir Alsancak.
3. Dr. Aysun Altıntaş, MD
I was born in Antalya in 1968. In 1987, I took my first step toward my childhood dream of becoming a doctor by gaining admission to Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine.
After six years of education, I graduated with high honors in 1993. Immediately after graduation, I was appointed to Zonguldak Karadeniz Ereğli State Hospital, where I worked for three rewarding years.
In 2002, I completed my specialization training at Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital. After completing my training, I began working as a specialist physician at Lütfiye Nuri Burat State Hospital in the same year and continued there for six years before leaving in 2008.
Following this, I shifted my career focus from public hospitals to private healthcare institutions and began working in various private hospitals. My practice includes procedures such as abortion, hymenoplasty, and vaginal aesthetic surgeries.
I am currently providing medical services to my patients at my private clinic in Istanbul Şişli.
4. Dr. İrem Yengel, MD
Dr. İrem Yengel was born in Adana in 1980. She began her medical education at Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine in 1998 and graduated in 2004. Following her graduation, she ranked among the top 10 in Turkey in the Medical Specialty Examination (TUS) in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology and began her residency at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Adana Numune Training and Research Hospital.
To enhance her professional competence in her field, Dr. Yengel chose Adana Numune Training and Research Hospital, where she performed thousands of surgeries and deliveries over a five-year period. In 2009, she completed her specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology and began her compulsory service at Adana Maternity Hospital, gaining experience with a wide variety of cases.
After completing her compulsory service, she joined the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic at Istanbul Medipol University, where she made significant contributions to both academic and clinical practice.
Dr. Yengel has conducted numerous scientific studies and gained extensive experience both nationally and internationally. She has specialized particularly in pregnancy, miscarriage, childbirth, genital aesthetics, gynecology, high-risk pregnancy, infertility, and in vitro fertilization (IVF). She has successfully completed the Ministry of Health’s Assisted Reproductive Techniques Certification Programs.
In 2018, she worked at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic, IVF and Infertility Department of Istanbul Memorial Şişli Hospital. In the same year, she was appointed as a faculty member at Medipol University and conducted obstetrics and gynecology internship programs for medical students. She has numerous publications and experimental studies in national and international scientific journals.
She worked at Medipol University between 2017 and 2022.
She is currently providing medical services to her patients at her private clinic in Istanbul Küçükçekmece.
5. Dr. Eda Şahin, MD
Dr. Eda Şahin graduated from Hatay Mustafa Kemal University Tayfur Ata Sökmen Faculty of Medicine in 2013 and received the title of Medical Doctor. Between 2013 and 2018, she completed her residency at Ankara Dr. Sami Ulus Training and Research Hospital for Obstetrics and Gynecology and Pediatrics, earning the title of Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Between 2018 and 2020, she fulfilled her compulsory service at Malatya Training and Research Hospital as an Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialist. Between 2019 and 2020, she obtained the internationally recognized title of Sexual Therapy Specialist from the Sexual Health Institute Association.
In 2021, she worked at Istanbul Fatih Medical Park Hospital, and in 2022, she worked at Istanbul Şişli Kolan International Hospital.
She is currently providing medical services to her patients at her private clinic in Istanbul Şişli Nişantaşı.
6. Prof. Dr. Taner Usta
Prof. Dr. Taner Usta was born in Antakya in 1974. He graduated from Istanbul University, Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1999.
He completed his specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Republic of Türkiye Prime Ministry Vakıf Gureba Training and Research Hospital (Bezmi Alem University) and became a “Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology” in 2004.
Focusing particularly on endoscopy (minimally invasive surgeries; laparoscopy and robotic surgery), chocolate cyst (endometriosis), and pelvic pain, Prof. Dr. Taner Usta first received training domestically and later internationally (Spain, France, the United States, Canada, Denmark). He is one of only 10 people in the world who have completed advanced training in endometriosis, pelvic pain, and advanced pelvic surgery.
He is the President of the Endometriosis Association, a board member of the European Endometriosis League and the Gynecological Endoscopy Association. He has also been a member of the scientific committee of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopy for 6 years.
He currently provides medical services to his patients at Acıbadem Altunizade Hospital in Istanbul Üsküdar.
7. Dr. Çiğdem Karas, MD
Dr. Çiğdem Karas was born in Bursa in 1978. She received her medical education at Ege University Faculty of Medicine and graduated in 2000. During her education, she was actively involved in swimming and served as the captain of the Ege University Faculty of Medicine swimming team.
She completed her specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology and graduated as a specialist from Dokuz Eylül University in 2005. Following her specialization, she worked at İzmir Private Kent Hospital between 2005 and 2007.
Between 2007 and 2012, she worked at İzmir Private Gazi Hospital. From 2012 to 2016, she served as an Assistant Professor at İzmir University Medicalpark Hospital.
Since 2016, she has been providing medical services to her patients at her own clinic in İzmir Karşıyaka.
8. Dr. Hülya Kula, MD
Dr. Hülya Kula was born in Kayseri in 1974. After completing her primary and secondary education in Isparta, she pursued her medical education at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine and successfully graduated in 1998, earning the title of Medical Doctor. She completed her specialization at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine and became a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2004.
Following her specialization, she held short-term positions at various hospitals. Between 2005 and 2019, she worked at 29 Mayıs Hospital. Since 2019, she has been continuing her professional practice at her private clinic in Ankara Çankaya.
9. Dr. Merve Biçer, MD
Dr. Merve Biçer was born in Germany in 1974. She received her medical education at Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine.
She completed her specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology at İzmir Atatürk Training and Research Hospital. In 2003, she graduated from her specialization training and became a specialist. After becoming a specialist, she continued working at the same hospital until 2011.
After 2011, she began working at İzmir University Medical Park Hospital. She served as an Assistant Professor until 2017. In 2017, she left her position and established her own clinic.
She currently provides medical services to her patients at her clinic in İzmir Karşıyaka.
10. Dr. Ceylan İlhan, MD
Doctor Ceylan İlhan was born in Hatay in 1981. After completing her secondary and high school education at İskenderun Demir Çelik Anatolian High School, she took her first step toward becoming a doctor by enrolling in Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1999.
After graduating from the faculty in 2005, she was accepted into the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Karadeniz Technical University in 2006. During this period, she worked in the fields of infertility, perinatology, and gynecology.
In 2012, she graduated as a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Between 2012 and 2020, she worked at Yıldırım Beyazıt University Yenimahalle Training and Research Hospital, Ankara University Faculty of Medicine IVF Center, and Ankara Etlik Zübeyde Hanım Maternity Hospital IVF Center.
Between 2020 and 2022, she continued her professional career at Private Ortadoğu Hospital. She currently provides medical services at her own clinic.
Dr. İlhan holds certifications in Assisted Reproductive Technologies, Cosmetic Gynecology/Genital Aesthetic Surgery, Laparoscopic Surgery, Hysteroscopic Surgery, and Sexual Therapy. She specializes in IVF treatments, genital aesthetics, and pregnancy follow-up.
She is currently serving her patients at her private clinic in Ankara Çankaya.
11. Dr. Nihal Daneoğlu, MD
Dr. Nihal Daneoğlu was born in İzmir in 1978. She began her education in İzmir and graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 2002. She then completed her specialization in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Celal Bayar University.
Between 2010 and 2016, she worked at the Kent Hospital Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic. Since October 2016, she has been providing medical services at her own private practice.
Adopting continuous development as her personal philosophy, Op. Dr. Nihal Daneoğlu has made education an integral part of her life. She has focused on training in the field of Genital Aesthetics and participated in the Advanced Genital Aesthetic Surgery Hands-On Course organized by ISAGSS (International Society of Aesthetic Genital Surgery & Sexology).
She currently provides medical services to her patients at her private clinic in İzmir Karşıyaka.
12. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Funda Göde
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Funda Göde completed her high school education at Isparta Science High School. She graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine (English) in 2004. Between 2004 and 2010, she completed her specialization training in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine.
Funda Göde provides medical services to her patients at İzmir Ekonomi University Medical Park Hospital, where she serves as the Director of the IVF Center.
