Dietitian Sevde Varol completed her undergraduate education at Near East University.

In 2013, she began her professional career at a private hospital, working as both a clinical and institutional dietitian. In 2015, she took a major step toward independent practice by opening her own clinic, a long-held dream. From the beginning of her career, she aimed to bring a fresh perspective to the profession; her continuous curiosity, love of research, and passion for discovery have been reflected in her work. This journey, which started in İzmir, quickly allowed her to reach thousands of clients.

By the tenth year of her career, she realized she had moved beyond traditional restrictive diets and one-size-fits-all programs. She began exploring new methods, including involving her clients in the experimentation process. This approach encouraged active participation, allowing clients not only to lose weight but also to enjoy a fun journey of discovery. Over time, this method became the foundation of her working system, helping her continue her profession every day with the same excitement as on her first day.

2. Diet. Mehlika Öktem Boz

The founding dietitian of Diet Time Polyclinic, Mehlika Öktem Boz, graduated in 2004 from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Hacettepe University. During her education, she contributed to mass nutrition services in various clinics and outpatient departments at Hacettepe University Hospital, and served as a clinical dietitian in endocrinology and internal medicine outpatient clinics.

In 2004, she started working as a dietitian in obesity treatment at a private weight loss center. Due to her interest in world cuisines, she spent time in France and Italy (Sommier de Villa Nime, France – Seggiovia Monte Solaro, Rome, Italy).

In 2005, she opened Diet-Time Polyclinic, the first polyclinic in Turkey founded by a dietitian. Since then, she has provided healthy nutrition and diet services to her clients with her professional team and collaborated with various sectors in corporate nutrition. She offers consultancy to well-established schools in İzmir, plans menus, and organizes seminars for students and parents. She also prepares menus for renowned restaurants that combine diet and taste, and provides consultancy services to leading food production companies in Turkey.

Believing that body health requires a holistic approach, Mehlika Öktem Boz recently added aesthetic and fitness units to her clinic. Guided by the principle of improving her clients’ quality of life and helping them maintain lifelong benefits gained at Diet-Time, she continues to provide professional health services with her team, which includes a medical aesthetic physician, aesthetic and plastic surgeon, dietitian, specialist esthetician, and fitness trainers.

Boz also contributes to public health by writing articles on healthy nutrition and diet for various magazines and websites, and participates as a speaker in television programs and conferences.

3. Diet. Cansu Kahraman

After graduating from the Şifa University Department of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2015, I pursued my interest in sports sciences and my belief in the inseparable connection between diet and exercise, completing a master’s degree at the Ege University Faculty of Sports Sciences in 2019 and earning the title of Specialist Dietitian.

For four years, I worked in medical centers and Fitness & Spa facilities, impacting the lives of thousands of clients, and since 2017, I have been providing services to clients online. Nutrition is a part of every moment of our lives—from the moment we wake up until we go to bed—and sometimes it can be challenging to maintain balance and consistency. Developing healthy and sustainable eating habits is the greatest investment we can make to elevate our quality of life.

What about diets that start on Monday and end by Wednesday, or a one-year gym membership used only five or six times? Throughout my career, I have observed that if we want to diet, eat healthily, or exercise, we need motivation and positive thinking. With the clients I’ve had the opportunity to impact, we have become like a family, and this strong bond helps us stay motivated and enjoy our programs together.

4. Diet. Şeyma Türkoğlu

I graduated successfully in 2016 from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Eastern Mediterranean University Faculty of Health Sciences.

During my education, I had the opportunity to observe and practice nutrition in the Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine Hospital in services such as pulmonary diseases, oncology, orthopedics, surgery, cardiology, internal medicine, hemodialysis, outpatient clinics, and pediatric nutrition. I also provided nutritional counseling in a private diet center for weight gain, weight loss, anorexia, and type 1 and type 2 diabetes. Additionally, I gained experience in institutional nutrition, mass catering, and inpatient nutrition in the kitchen of Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine Hospital.

After working in a weight loss center, a gym, Kordon Surgical Hospital, and a private clinic collaborating with a general surgeon, I established my own clinic in October 2020 under the brand name YeveFitKal.

My personal goal is to teach healthy nutrition to individuals based on academic knowledge, to improve their quality of life, and to contribute individuals—whose physical and mental health are addressed holistically—to society through preventive care.

5. Diet. Özge Bayraktar

Hello, I was born in 1993 in Ödemiş, İzmir. I have always paid attention to healthy nutrition and never left sports out of my life. These traits sparked my interest in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics while I was in high school. After graduating from Ödemiş Hulusi Uçaçelik Anatolian High School, I completed my studies in the Ege University Department of Nutrition and Dietetics (2012–2016) with honors. Between 2014 and 2016, I also served successfully as the student representative at the Ege University Faculty of Health Sciences.

In addition to my undergraduate education, I expanded my expertise by attending trainings in sports nutrition, obesity and eating disorders, pediatric nutrition, diet therapy in diseases, food safety, and functional foods, earning various certifications. I also served as a dietitian for two years at the Sugar Children Diabetes Camp and was selected as a speaker at the first Clinical Nutrition Student Congress organized by KEPAN. In 2017, my graduation thesis titled “Assessment of the Relationship Between Food Addiction and Nutritional Status in Patients with Schizophrenia” was published in the journal *Nutritional Neuroscience*.

After graduation, I worked for one year at one of İzmir’s most established weight management clinics and for 3.5 years in the Dereli Endocrine Clinic team, providing diet therapy for obesity, diabetes, and other endocrine disorders. Since April 2021, I have been serving my clients at my own clinic, Özge Bayraktar Nutrition and Diet Consultancy.

Nutrition is a highly fascinating field and central to our lives, but it should also be recognized as a science. My primary approach is to create personalized nutrition plans based on the latest scientific evidence, helping my clients achieve lasting lifestyle changes and aiming to be their final dietitian.

6. Diet. Deniz Zünbülcan

Dietitian Deniz Zünbülcan was born in İzmir and graduated from Ege University. During her university years, she completed internships at various private and public institutions, including İstanbul Medical Park Hospital and Manisa Moris Şinasi International Children’s Hospital.

Believing that proper nutrition and healthy living can only be achieved through scientific knowledge, and wishing to contribute to higher-quality lifestyles by sharing accurate information, she participated in numerous organizations, courses, and symposiums throughout her student life.

Wishing to continue her career guided by science, believing that diets should not consist of classical lists, and emphasizing the functional use of foods, herbs, and spices, she enrolled in the master’s program in the Phytotherapy Department of the Pharmacognosy Division at Ege University.

Since graduation, Dietitian Deniz Zünbülcan has positively impacted the lives of many people at various centers. She currently serves her clients at her own practice, Dietitian Deniz Zünbülcan Nutrition and Diet Consultancy, applying her specially developed REBORN diet system.

Dietitian Deniz Zünbülcan has been featured on TRT, TRT Haber, Kanal D, İHA, Sabah Newspaper, Milliyet Pembenar, Ege Türk TV, Manisa Medya TV, and various other local and national print, visual, and audio media outlets.
