1. Diet. Duygu İpekçi
In 2024, I opened my dream office, Eat Smart Nutrition Consultancy, in Antalya. This center is not just a consultancy space; it is a living environment for anyone who wants to learn, experience, and make healthy living sustainable. Here, I aim to create both individual and community awareness.
Thanks to my father, a volleyball coach, I was introduced to sports at the age of 6, which placed health and movement at the center of my life. This journey, which took me to the national team’s youth levels, became the first source of inspiration that directed me toward the field of nutrition. The Hacettepe University, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics allowed me to ground this interest in scientific principles.
In 2019, I started my master’s degree at the Akdeniz University, Department of Athlete Health, specializing in this field and earning a master’s degree in Athlete Health.
Throughout my university life, I continued to nurture myself through running, yoga, and fitness without losing connection to an active lifestyle. After graduation, I began my professional career working with individuals, institutions, and sports teams. Over time, I learned firsthand that every individual is unique and nutrition must be personalized.
Currently, I provide both face-to-face and online nutrition consultancy to my clients. I also offer corporate nutrition consultancy for companies, performance-enhancing nutrition programs for athletes, healthy lifestyle planning, and specialized programs for vegetarian & vegan individuals.
I know that every individual has unique needs. Therefore, I aim to create a personalized, sustainable, and enjoyable nutrition process with each client. For me, diet is not a restriction; it is a tool for liberation, empowerment, and improving quality of life.

2. Diet. Gonca Yaşar
Dietitian Gonca Yaşar graduated in 1995 from the Hacettepe University, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics as the third-ranked student of her class. In 1997, she founded Gonca Yaşar Healthy Nutrition and Diet Center, marking her entry into the private sector.
In 2005, she added skin care, epilation, and cellulite treatment units to her center, and in the same year graduated from Anadolu University, Department of Public Relations. In 2015, she established a Reformer Pilates center and, as of September 2018, began her master’s studies in the Department of Pharmacognosy, Faculty of Pharmacy, Anadolu University, specializing in Phytotherapy.
She has participated in long-term programs on local TV channels such as ETV, VIP TV, ART, and KANALV, and contributed articles to regional magazines to raise public awareness about health and nutrition.
She is currently serving her clients at her office in Antalya Muratpaşa.
3. Diet. Taha Yanalak
She completed her high school education at Yozgat Atatürk Anatolian High School as the top student of her class. She then graduated from the Kastamonu University, Fazıl Boyner Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, completing her thesis on “The Relationship Between Eating Disorders and Obesity in Adolescence” and conducting studies on weight management.
She has worked as a dietitian both in public hospitals and in city hospitals, where many of her peers have not yet had the opportunity to practice.
She has delivered presentations at universities, public, and city hospitals on a wide range of topics, including weight cycling, weight control, the effects of unsaturated fatty acids on weight management, determining protein intake levels in athlete nutrition, long-term issues arising from ketogenic diets, and adjusting protein intake through diet, aiming to raise awareness among her patients.
Currently, she combines the wonders of online diet consultation with in-person services at her office in Antalya Muratpaşa, providing nutrition and diet counseling to her valued clients.
4. Diet. Tuğçe Çağlar Uysal
Dietitian Tuğçe Çağlar Uysal graduated in 2017 from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Faculty of Health Sciences, Başkent University. Throughout her education, she gained experience in various fields including child health, maternal and breastfeeding nutrition, obesity treatment, sports nutrition, weight management, and medical nutrition therapy for diseases. After graduation, she gained professional experience at Antalya Jinefem Medical Center.
She has completed numerous courses and trainings related to her field and has learned that proper nutrition forms the foundation of a healthy body. Her primary goal in diet applications is to transform nutrition into a lifestyle rather than focusing on short-term programs. After exploring the individual-specific relationship of gut microbiota with diseases, she has participated in various trainings to keep her knowledge up-to-date.
In 2019, she completed GAPS training and became a GAPS Practitioner. Since 2020, she has completed three modules as a Functional Medicine Dietitian. Additionally, she has received training in phytotherapy and aromatherapy, approaching diseases from a holistic perspective. Since 2019, she has been collaborating with bariatric surgeons, organizing pre- and post-operative nutrition programs and monitoring patient progress.
She currently provides services to her clients at Clinic Antalya in Konyaaltı, Antalya.
5. Diet. Başak Karakaya
Specialist Dietitian Başak Karakaya was born in 1991 in Antalya. She completed her primary, secondary, and high school education in Antalya and graduated with honors in 2015 from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Yeditepe University, writing her thesis on “Nutritional Approaches in Bariatric Surgery.”
After graduation, she worked for a period as a dietitian at Private Pendik Hospital. During this time, she participated in numerous specialization and certification programs and continued her studies in the Master’s Program in Nutrition and Dietetics at Yeditepe University.
She currently provides nutrition and diet consultancy services at her office in Muratpaşa, Antalya.
6. Diet. Yağmur Sarıözkan Kızılsavaş
Dietitian Yağmur Sarıözkan, a graduate of Yeditepe University in Nutrition and Dietetics, completed her education with high honors and subsequently participated in numerous international and local projects in marketing and sales at the Italian SDM Food company. She also provided consultations at a clinic in Etiler, Istanbul.
She has attended many specialized conferences and has conducted studies particularly in In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), infertility, and ketogenic nutrition.
She currently provides nutrition and diet consultancy services at her office in Muratpaşa, Antalya.
